Kandahar Cress is a fantastic cress...hardy, quick growing, tall, larger leaves and fantastic pods that can be used fresh when at the green stage in arrangements or dry in everlasting arrangements - all wonderful attributes of this rare cress (collected in the 1950s in Kandahar)!  Though perfectly edible, we wait until pods have formed before harvesting for use as a beautiful filler in floral work.
