Rusty Foxglove ('Gigantea Gelber Herold'/ferruginea) is our favourite foxglove to date!  This biennial (flowers in year 2) (or short lived perennial in some cases) foxglove produces the most striking, very tall (plants are 4-6'!) flower spikes, each containing a multitude of florets in the most gorgeous honey-brown tones with rusty--orange markings inside each one...truly spectacular in the garden and could be used in floral installations for a dramatic, yet simultaneously understated, touch!
